having a totally crummy art day. i won't get into it here, don't worry. been busy busy- school and my sis visited and now JAcon around the corner.. and it'll be last minute runnings again. issokie. i'm used to it. *sniffles* i think i'm getting a cold. so here's a super moody picture of Rellik reading a book to tide you over.

Happy Birthday to Savi! She's an old lady now. Hehehe. I'll never get old!! I'm peter pan. *nodnod* Betcha never knew. Pictures to day for a person who knows who they are >3 Elven Lord Tshaude doodles. He's a cute little man.. and honestly, my prettiest character. Asheki might have something on him (Asheki being a God and all) but Tshaude is someone who is really really pretty, and knows he's really really pretty, and acts really really pretty. (Whereas Asheki is a goofball.) He's kinda the standard to base all my other chars on. He's my for reals Bishounen. Tohohohoho~!

Anywho, doodles of him.. getting overly complimented :D bathing, fruiting around, and in wargear. (The text is his name in Elven :x mm) Being a lord also makes him a warlord, donchaknow, in times of war. Not so keen on the mass murdering though. Also, trying to do a picture of him with his whip.. which he rarely is seen using in my art 9_9;; even though it's his real weapon. Oy oy~ Also pondering redoing an old sketch I found, of him fighting with Malothian. And!! As added bonus, the first CG of Tshaude ever (from 2002!!), back when I made him. His old outfit. (Man he looks >_> really evil...)

Wow. 57 posts already! So says blogger, atleast. It feels like only yesturday... Aaaanyhow. Can't figure out what to do with my website. Oy oy. Atleast I changed up my prices style- I think I was scaring people away. I don't want to gyp myself.. but honestly! Commissions walking away from me is something I can't fathom. Commissions = FOOD right about now. Honestly.

Wasn't gonna post today.. been busy now that i got two dollfies in the mail to befriend and rip out their hair and paint on their awkwardly blank faces :D But then.. I drew this pic of frateroshi (based on a photo I took of my dollfie of him) and... I really like it. And i thought.. why ruin a good thing i've got goin.

Busy day today. Dunno why, just a bit of runaround. Tues-Thurs are my long days this quarter, anyway. *yaaawn* So here's some recentish Pchat pics. Tain, then Cammy. Then a doodle I did for Becka of her char Jaran decked out in pseudo-victorian clothes. Apparently leprechaun-esque. Yep.

That's what my history teacher in high school told me. He was the best. And soooo right. Here's more practicing. Doodles of Pandora, both new and old school, and then two drawings with Oaisa in them. One is practice on buildings. I need to learn how to make my environments more expressive- to put more character into my backgrounds. It's cool. I'll practice. Hope to see more like that! Then.. once I get it down I can pencil, ink and color my 15 page teaser for Subject D (that is, the story Oaisa's from) and send it off to potential employers.

Yes... yeeessss... it's all part of my plan >D

Spent the whole weekend trying to remember how to draw women. As evidenced by the above. Much thanks to Patrice, who told me to go practice drawing different ladies and get inspired by looking at some of my favorites... Which makes me just think one thing...

Y'knoooow. You finally learn how to draw guys- guys and their stupid-shaped hips/torsos. And what happens? You forget how to draw girls. Seriously. Their hips go all.. together all different. It's dumb. Everyone should look the same- so I only have to learn to draw one thing. *yawn*

Doodles of Tain- since her face is like. Impossible. To draw. Then doodleshouldhavebeenaCG of Oaisa harassing D. They don't get along. Well, more Oaisa gets along with no one, especially those who could usurp her money/attention/etc. <3 how nice. THen the boys! I did these two portraits.. well apart from each other. Both in the deep dark of night. the Frat pic was inspired by something I saw on Y!- the over-the-shoulder look atleast. He's so hot +_+;;;
